September Visualisation for relaxation and rebalance.......

Connecting with the natural world isn’t always easy if we live in the city, but the wonderful aromas of essential oils, produced with seeds, sun, air, earth and water, bring vitality and balance into our minds and bodies at any time. 

To help with the seasonal change, try the following visualisation and we especially recommend our Creativity and Sexuality and Understanding body/ massage oils at this time.


Take some nice deep breaths and as you breathe out, release any tension or pain held in your mind or body.  Relax into the chair, bed or floor, as you breathe out.  RELEASE tension with your out breath.  Smile and close your eyes.

Picture yourself at the end of a jetty overlooking the sea.  Notice how calm the water is.  The sun is setting and the sky is a beautiful pinky orange.

Listen to the sound of the waves gently lapping the jetty and shore.  The waves are rhythmic, circular, coming and going, like our breath.  Enjoy the experience.  Feel your breath in harmony with the waves and know that as the sun is setting, tomorrow it will rise.  We are always at peace inside, connected to our world.

Stay with this feeling and rhythm for five minutes or more and, when you are ready, have a gentle stretch then slowly open your eyes.  If you can do this 2 or 3 times during the day, it will really help you to stay calm and peaceful.
