Delivery Information
We are happy to post throughout the UK, Europe and Worldwide.
Our standard delivery charge for UK orders is FREE
We always try to dispatch as soon as possible and post orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and between Christmas Eve and New Years Day. Orders will generally be dispatched within 2-3 working days of your order. As soon as we have dispatched your parcel, we will send an email to you advising you of the date of dispatch.
Standard Delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post
For UK orders selecting the Standard Delivery option your products will normally be sent the next working day via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Expect 3-5 days for delivery following your dispatch confirmation.
Occasionally we may send larger orders via a courier service. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, remote parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight will always be sent via Royal Mail.
A quicker "Priority" delivery option which will be sent via Royal Mail using 1st Class post, is available at Checkout.
Your order will be processed at the first opportunity but this is still usually the next working day following receipt of your order. Allow 2- 3 working days for delivery following your dispatch confirmation. Please contact us if you require this option.
European Standard Delivery is by 2nd Class International airmail from £5.50
A quicker 1st Class European Delivery option can be selected at Checkout which will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post for £9.95.
America, Canada and Worldwide Standard Delivery is by 2nd Class International airmail for £6.99.
A quicker 1st Class Delivery option can be selected at Checkout which will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post for £11.95.
For Standard International orders we will post via Royal Mail International airmail. Please expect 7-14 business days for delivery following your dispatch confirmation and 3-9 days for 1st Class Priority Options.
Please note that there are some products that we will be unable to send via airmail and in this case we will sadly have to cancel and refund your order if we are unable to find an alternative method. We will contact you in this case.
